Getting Started

Once your web hosting package is set up, you will receive an email with the credentials for accessing the KeyHelp® Panel. From there, you can:

  1. Add or connect domains
  2. Upload files via WebFTP or external FTP clients
  3. Set up email addresses, forwarding, and autoresponders
  4. Create and manage databases
  5. Activate SSL certificates
  6. Select PHP versions per directory

Security & Isolation

Our web hosting environment is based on securely isolated user environments and includes:

  • Firewall & Fail2Ban
  • Automatic updates for critical components
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF)
  • DDoS protection via front-end infrastructure
  • Virus scanner for web files & emails
